I bought the flower bracelet - Rowena bracelet and to say it's impractically small is an understatement. It shouldn't be that small at the price. How are people even meant to put it on alone?
Waste. I returned it.

I got recently a pair of earrings and a necklace. Both looked great. When I had a problem with one pair of earrings, customer service was great to they sorted out less than a day. Great design quality and price! Also a very fast shipment to Europe.

I honestly don't understand why people have been hyping about Ana Luisa. To be honest their marketing campaign is perfect and I made a mistake by buying it too. But it's not worth it, at least with my experience.
Tarnishment started happening, most severely with earring posts just after 2 months from the day of purchasing. And don't even tell me about preservation, I'm a jewelry collector, and I know a thing or two about loving and caring for those babies. But these earrings, no matter how much I try to take care of them, they fail me.
If you somehow still decide to buy the earrings, I get it they look tempting, but PLEASE don't buy the Mini Disco and Mini Huggie Hoops because the quality is absolutely horrible.
Give them 2 stars because the customer service was decent but omg how much I have wasted my time and effort.

I bought a pair of earrings that were supposed to be for an adult female, and received a pair of earrings that were so tiny that that they could easily be worn by an INFANT. The misrepresentation in the online ad is despicable. Trying to return the item was an experience that I hope to never go thru again. To date, and after several emails and phone calls (that went straight to voicemail); I have had to return the item at my own expense in order to meet the return criteria. I can't wait to see if I actually receive a refund!

Quality: amaing quality, good quality metals used. The earrings are smaller than I expected, but nevertheless are soooo beautiful
Shipping: very fast, packaging is minimalistic to be more sustainable

Can't recommend this company and their gorgeous jewellery enough! Ordered for the first time, had an issue when the order arrived as the sizing was wrong, emailed them about it, there were no quibbles and it was quickly and easily resolved. The jewellery is beautiful, speedy delivery and will definitely be purchasing more!

I bought the puffed heart on the paperclip necklace. It is lovely! I recently purchased some solid gold necklaces from elsewhere and the Ana Luisa necklace looks every bit as good as the solid gold. I love it. Wish I could post pictures.

I own 1 necklace set from Ana Luisa and I absolutely love it! I've been wearing it for a long time and the piece still looks great.
I also gifted one pair of earrings to my mother and she loved them too!
